Get the "Best Stretch" you have ever experienced
... Try The Rossiter Stretching System
• Over 80% of my rossiter clients get
satisfaction and relief from their acute or chronic pain in the first session!
As Mr. Rossiter says in his book "Overcome Repetitive Motion Injuries" ...
... As you begin to do these stretches, it's likely you'll discover and uncover a long list of complaints, a series of body parts or sites that hurt, ache, and throb. What you're doing is unwinding all those pent-up traumatic incidents or compensations, like peeling layers off an onion. Each layer stings and makes your eyes water, but at different intensities.
Remember, you have years and years of new and old pains, compensations, and information embedded in your body. With these stretches you will systematically unravel, uncover, and deal with all those injuries and all that pain.
Uncovering and healing pain is a normal part of these stretches. With a stretching partner, you systematically will work out the body kinks that are both obvious and hidden. Eventually the compensations unwind and the body will return to a normal, healthy state.
Believe this: these stretches may hurt, but they produce a good hurt. Why? It's a hurt that goes away. It's a temporary hurt or residual pain from the stretching you've just done. This isn't a sharp stinging pain. Rather, you'll feel the pain relief of tissue that's been stretched, loosened, and worked out. Because a certain area of your body has been cramped and tight for so long, moving it freely now will feel a little new and untried. But it will feel better.
You'll feel so good at the end of the first stretching session that you will scarcely believe it. Your arms will feel light and floaty. They will move freely, not disjointedly or slowly. All that hidden pain will be exorcised. Even the shape of your body will change: your shoulders will elongate a few millimeters, and they may rest a bit lower, more relaxed, instead of being pulled upward. Take a good look at your body now, and compare it to your body after a stretching workout. You'll see the difference. As you become better at stretching the effects are even more announced.
Shiatsu - Healing with Acupressure
Shiatsu uses Acupressure on specific meridians
or "Energy Pathways" at specific points. Shiatsu
is not unlike Acupuncture except that the
practitioner does not use needles.
Used to balance the body and "Chi" Shiatsu can
relieve physical and emotional pain. Shiatsu can
be used to treat conditions of the various
organs and their many symptoms.
Shiatsu performed over several sessions will
leave you in a healthier state.
Pregnancy Massage - Inducing Labor
Using Acupressure
For full term pregnancy massage, Acupressure on
specific meridians and points can induce labor within 8
hours. This is natural childbirth, helped with
eastern medicine. I can perform this type of
massge for you. Call me for more details.
Seventy percent of the women who got acupuncture
(accupressure) went into labor on their own,
compared to 50% who received standard care. The
women who got acupuncture (accupressure) were
also less likely to deliver by cesarean section
-- 39% compared to 17%. See
Web MD.
You must be accompanied by a spouse, friend, partner, or anyone over 18 who can drive you after the procedure, if necessary.
You must be under the care of a Medical Doctor and have his/her consent.

The Benefits Of
Massage What exactly are the benefits of
receiving massage or bodywork treatments?
Useful for all of the conditions listed below
and more, massage can: Alleviate low-back pain
and improve range of motion. Assist with
shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers
and shorten maternity hospital stays. Ease
medication dependence. Enhance immunity by
stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural
defense system. Exercise and stretch weak,
tight, or atrophied muscles. Help athletes of
any level prepare for, and recover from,
strenuous workouts. Improve the condition of
the body's largest organ—the skin. Increase
joint flexibility. Lessen depression and
anxiety. Promote tissue regeneration, reducing
scar tissue and stretch marks. Pump oxygen and
nutrients into tissues and vital organs,
improving circulation. Reduce postsurgery
adhesions and swelling. Reduce spasms and
cramping. Relax and soften injured, tired, and
overused muscles. Release endorphins—amino
acids that work as the body's natural
painkiller. Relieve migraine pain. A Powerful
Ally There's no denying the power of bodywork.
Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it
(pampering, rejuvenating, therapeutic) or the
reasons we seek it out (a luxurious treat,
stress relief, pain management), massage
therapy can be a powerful ally in your
healthcare regimen. Experts estimate that
upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress
related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster,
internally and externally, than high stress.
While eliminating anxiety and pressure
altogether in this fast-paced world may be
idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help
manage stress. This translates into: Decreased
anxiety. Enhanced sleep quality. Greater
energy. Improved concentration. Increased
circulation. Reduced fatigue. Furthermore,
clients often report a sense of perspective
and clarity after receiving a massage. The
emotional balance bodywork provides can often
be just as vital and valuable as the more
tangible physical benefits. Profound Effects
In response to massage, specific physiological
and chemical changes cascade throughout the
body, with profound effects. Research shows
that with massage: Arthritis sufferers note
fewer aches and less stiffness and pain.
Asthmatic children show better pulmonary
function and increased peak air flow. Burn
injury patients report reduced pain, itching,
and anxiety. High blood pressure patients
demonstrate lower diastolic blood pressure,
anxiety, and stress hormones. Premenstrual
syndrome sufferers have decreased water
retention and cramping. Preterm infants have
improved weight gain. Research continues to
show the enormous benefits of touch—which
range from treating chronic diseases,
neurological disorders, and injuries, to
alleviating the tensions of modern lifestyles.
Consequently, the medical community is
actively embracing bodywork, and massage is
becoming an integral part of hospice care and
neonatal intensive care units. Many hospitals
are also incorporating on-site massage
practitioners and even spas to treat
postsurgery or pain patients as part of the
recovery process. Increase the Benefits with
Frequent Visits Getting a massage can do you a
world of good. And getting massage frequently
can do even more. This is the beauty of
bodywork. Taking part in this form of
regularly scheduled self-care can play a huge
part in how healthy you'll be and how youthful
you'll remain with each passing year.
Budgeting time and money for bodywork at
consistent intervals is truly an investment in
your health. And remember: just because
massage feels like a pampering treat doesn't
mean it is any less therapeutic. Consider
massage appointments a necessary piece of your
health and wellness plan, and work with your
practitioner to establish a treatment schedule
that best meets your needs. Review the
clinical research studies examining the
benefits of massage. Review massage
information from the National Center for
Complementary and Alternative Medicine, a
division of the National Institutes of Health.
Benefits of Massage Therapy Massage therapy is
more than relaxing me-time. Studies continue
to prove the physical, and emotional benefits
of even a single massage therapy session. As
the number of proven health benefits grows, so
do the number of Americans who turn to Massage
Envy for a more balanced lifestyle. In fact,
we've provided over 50 million therapeutic
massages nationwide. That's a lot of happy,
healthy customers. Benefits of Massage Therapy
